This creates a valuable opportunity for you to meet me, ask questions, find out more about this work, the booking process and get a better overall sense of whether shadow work is right for you at this time.

To book a slot:

To book, once we have found a time and date that works, I will ask you to transfer a non refundable 1 hour deposit to reserve your chosen time slot.

The balance will become due 2 weeks before your session (and I will explain this on your initial call with me).

A detailed Confidential Information Form

I will send you this as part of the booking process to be completed ahead of your first session, and we will talk this through in your initial call.

Sliding Scale Hourly Rate

£60-£80 per hour* (zoom and in person)

This means that a 5 hour session will cost between £300 and £400, depending on what rate you choose.

*Concessionary rate: £50 per hour

I will ask you to choose your hourly rate from within this range (no proof of finances is needed. I am happy for you to choose the hourly rate best suited to your current situation)

Payment plans

Available to spread the cost of further sessions - please ask. Particularly useful for longer series of bookings.
