Join us for two days of exploration, connection and embodied parts work where you will be supported to step towards reclaiming the full range of your emotional and archetypal self.

What You Can Expect

• You will explore how four central archetypes show up for you in your life: The Feeling Body, The Heart Centred Leader, The Action Taker and The Transformer.

• You will experience stepping into different “parts” of yourself, to bring clarity to aspects that have been hidden, silenced, or stuck in outdated ways of being. 

• This workshop will have two facilitators and a maximum of four participants, so you will receive a high degree of individual attention.

  Who This Is For

• This workshop is open to beginners as well as those with extensive previous therapeutic experience. 

• Whether you are just beginning this journey or returning for deeper integration, this weekend is an invitation to take a step towards deeper authenticity and connection with the world around you.
