Shadow Work Weekend

2-day group workshop

Timing: Sat. 10am - 6pm Sun. 9.30am - 6pm

Join us for two days of exploration, connection and embodied parts work where you will be supported in a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your emotional life.

What You Can Expect

• Personal process work, group sharing, journalling.

• We will work with four central archetypes to give you opportunities to experience more about how they are currently showing up in your inner world: The Feeling Body, The Heart Centred Leader, The Action Taker and The Transformer.

• With two experienced facilitators and a maximum of 7 participants, you will receive individualised attention.

• Rest and journalling times.

• There will be tea/coffee/snacks available, and participants bring their own lunches.

Who This Is For:

• If you are new to shadow work - whether you have extensive previous therapeutic experience or not - this workshop may be appropriate.

• If you have previous experience of these weekends this is an opportunity to return for deeper integration.
