Intitially, please contact me to book a free 40-45 minute phone/zoom call. This provides you with an opportunity to ask questions and to find out more about Healing The Shadow sessions in general. There is no obligation to book a session after a call like this.
I offer face to face shadow work sessions in South Devon and I offer online sessions via zoom.
Sessions vary in length. An initial session is usually 5 hours long. I also off an introductory session of 2 hours in length, and follow up sessions of 3 to 5 hours.
