Session Options and Prices
Taster session - 2 hours online or in person
This session will give you an opportunity to see what it is like to work in this way, with me. After this, you will know whether to continue - and if full length session is appropriate, or a series of shorter sessions would suit you better.
I will introduce you to parts work, carpet work, and the archetype framework that I work within.
If you choose, over several sessions you can bring change to how life situations and experiences are living inside you.

5 hour session - in person or split over 2 days online
A standard, full length shadow work session is 5 hours long.
This allows at least 2 hours for the exploration of what you are bringing and your want for the day. Also, there will be ample time for ‘carpet work,’ where guidance and support are given for you to represent, explore and speak ‘from’ relevant parts of you. There may also be time to begin to bring healing and transformation to how an experience is living inside you.
We will work at the speed and depth that is appropriate for you.
A free integration / follow up zoom call (45 mins - 1hr) is included in the booking fee.

Follow up sessions: 75 mins , 2 , 3 or 5 hours
This is a deeply flexible therapy. If you wish to continue working with me, you can book longer/shorter follow ups to suit your personal plans and work schedule.

Journey over 6 months - 1 year
Pre-booking a 6 month/1 year journey will allow you to work in an ongoing and deepening way on specific personal blocks and patterns.

We will arrange a time to talk through the practicalities around session bookings, and also for me to hear something of what you are hoping to get from your session(s).
Confidential Paperwork, Deposit and balance payments
I will ask for an initial deposit of 1 hour (at whatever hourly rate you are choosing to pay). The full balance of the payment will become due 2 weeks ahead of your session.
As part of your preparation you will also be sent a Confidential Form to complete.
Payment Plans and reduced rates
Please ask to discuss payment plans in more detail. This will involve booking your session(s) further ahead thanis typical, to ensure that the full payment is received prior to the relevant date(s).
Cancellations and Confidentiality
Your initial deposit payment is non refundable. The session balance will become due, and non refundable from this point, 2 weeks ahead of the date. I will also talk this through on our initial call.
